Wesley Snipes Loses Appeal
Wesley is heading to jail for a 3 year prison sentence. The sentence stems from failing to file income taxes in the state of Florida from 1999 - 2001. Wesley failed to file tax returns for the $38 million he earned in that time. No word yet on when he'll start his sentence.

Lindsay Lohan Attorney Says Actress Will Go To Jail
Turns out Lindsay wasn't trying to avoid jail time after all when she dumped her previous attorney. As you'll recall rumors at the time were she wanted to file an appeal and her attorney didn't want to. Lindsay has hired Simpson dream team attorney Robert Shapiro. Mr. Shapiro has stated that Lindsay will report to jail as ordered by the judge. He agreed to take her case only after she agreed to abide by what the judge ordered. Lindsay's demons are one Mr. Shapiro know too well as his son died in 2005 due to taking a combination of alcohol and ecstasy. Hopefully Mr. Shapiro will see success in helping Lindsay find her way to recovery.

Justin Bieber Claims Lady Gaga's YouTube Throne
The current tween heartthrob supplanted Gaga when his video reached 246 million views. This passed Gaga's video Bad Romance which had 245.6 million views at the time.
